Documents Required at the time of Admission

 Date of Birth Certificate (D.O.B) issued by Municipal Corporation of respective state.
 Passport size photo of parents and child.
 ID’s copy for sibling proof.
 Proof of Alumni
 Affidavit of first born child.
 Any one of the following as Valid Address Proof-
    a) Ration Card issued in the name of parent. (With child’s name)
    b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parent.
    c) Voter-ID card (EPIC) of any of the parent.
    d) Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in name of parent or child.
    e) Aadhaar card / UID issued in the name of any of the parent.

Note:- No undertaking regarding the above mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of submission of registration form. Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and/ or supporting documents submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration.
